Performance at the Irish Music Awards

I just got back from playing at the Irish Music Awards, held at O'Malley's Pub in Weston, Missouri. It's a great venue - the event was held in the lower cellar - a structure from the 1840's that still has a full bar and great acoustics. I played a few tunes, and shared the stage with the Wild Colonial Bhoys, John Whelan, Tim Britton...had a great time!

What a great time! We expected to sell about 30 tickets preshow, with a few more at the door. The final tally was 121 tickets sold, and extra seats brought in from everywhere. The people were great, the show went fine and I couldn't buy my own whisky for the rest of the night! Made some new friends, sold some CD's...I love this town!
